VERGNE WILSON, R.P.SURV, B.SURV, NZCE (CIVIL), MS+SNZ, CSNZ
A Registered Professional Surveyor, Vergne has 25 years’ experience as a fully qualified surveyor and is a member of Consulting Surveyors of New Zealand. He is fully conversant with all aspects of land development including resource management planning, land development engineering, land transfer or cadastral surveying, project management, and strategy and acquisition. Having completed personal development projects, Vergne has a thorough understanding of developers’ needs, with a particular focus on timeliness of delivery.

TIM DENNIS, B.ENG, DIP SURV, MS+SNZ
Tim comes from an engineering background and has experience in civil engineering design and surveying together with project management of subdivision construction projects. Tim is also a recognised expert in cycle trail design and development, having been involved in numerous National Cycle Trail projects, including the Alps to Ocean, Clutha Gold, Queenstown Trail and Roxburgh Gorge. He is currently involved with further projects including the Central Otago Queenstown Trail Network, developing over 150km of new cycle trails in Central Otago. Tim’s expertise spans landowner negotiations, resource consent applications, easement surveys and project management of trail developments.

LUC WAITE, B.SURV, MS+SNZ, CSNZ
Luc became a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor in 2008 after a previous career as a ski instructor. He has specialist skills in land development and civil engineering, including feasibility studies, design, contract administration and supervision. He is also experienced in the full range of cadastral surveying from simple subdivisions and easement surveys, to more complex unit titles and legalisation surveys. Luc’s problem-solving skills are second to none and he has a strong client focus.
