Having completed personal development projects, Vergne has a thorough understanding of developers’ needs, with a particular focus on timeliness of delivery.
He has specialist skills in land development and civil engineering, including feasibility studies, design, contract administration and supervision.
He is also experienced in the full range of cadastral surveying from simple subdivisions and easement surveys, to more complex unit titles and legalisation surveys. Luc’s problem-solving skills are second to none and he has a strong client focus.
He’s proud of the role the Southern Land team have had in prominent land developments across the Whakatipu, including several notable ski field projects.
